The hotel is in a calm area, close to the coach station, and very near the Tram, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious and modern with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The service is exceptional, especially from the housekeeping team. However, the dining experience could be improved by offering more variety in their dishes. Overall, a well-located and comfortable stay with great service.

I stayed at this hotel and loved its perfect location, very close to the Promenade and easy to travel in-and-out on the tram. The rooms were lovely, the staff was pleasant, and the dining experience was fantastic with the best steaks. However, the Wi-Fi was not included and had to be paid for separately, which was a minor inconvenience.
